They still have willow hanging in the clouds waiting to know if liels is a match, by the time gh gets back to that story, I lost interest. This writer is really bad. How can people just go in and out of spoon Island like that.. Should a big place like this have cameras or guards?
DeleteNot checking Nicholas's body is so they can later reveal that he's missing, and that he's not really dead. It's a cheap tactic, seeing how Austin is a doctor. I mean... we're not complete idiots, of course we're going to notice that bit of detail. I think soaps are dependent on us being able to put certain things together... I have a conspiracy theory that they use our predictions to come up with half their storylines, LOL.

And don’t understand how they don’t know for sure who’s her dad , I get they need a dna test but she has to be aunt Stella’s relative from port Charles no doubt to me that Curtis is her bio Dad , I’m actually looking forward to tomorrow’s episode but I’m sure it will be another cliffhanger since it’s Friday !

ReplyDelete@Bliss, I caught that too. She's was basically like... "Who care's about Trina and Portia... can't be worst than my situation." How could she possibly know that? Granted, I'm starting to think it might be how she delivers her lines. It just makes no sense for the writers to write her in this way... I mean, she still has fans ... so it might be a delivery issues that makes it seem like she's given the most annoying and selfish things to say.

ReplyDeleteIn order to make the Trina-Portia storyline make sense, I'm pretending I missed a scene where Stella plants the seed in Trina's mind that they might be related, lol. Then it's all enjoyable. Poor cornered Spencer, handled those three guys like a pro though! He is so debonair sometimes it hurts. :) Ava's super handsome stepson, LOL, he'll always be that to me now. Austin is just coming off super weird lately. Curious to see if he wanders back into the Ryan situation.
Looking forward to tomorrow now! Good comeback after yesterday's episode.
LMAO... perhaps I should use the same Stella trip. Otherwise, the Portia/Trina stuff was well acted. Agree about Austin... like what's his deal? Loved the ending! Can't wait to see how this unfolds.

We can fill in missing scenes and dramatic staredowns... ;) It really did just allow me to enjoy Trina's takedown of Portia. And I don't know, Austin is just a total weirdo. His storylines are all super random and all over the place, from saving Maxie and her baby to maneuvering for the Quartermaine estate (manipulating Chase was extra ewww) to all the weirdness with his crime-y cousin to his friendship with Britt (and now Ava), he's a seesaw to me. o.O

She can tag team with Felicia, that's fine, she has significant history with Ryan too. Come on ladies! And I can see Heather running off with Esme while he's inside, lol. Heather's got an agenda all her own. I hope this next episode is a good one!

ReplyDeleteNow THAT would be a good play by Ava, he's got plenty of motive. :) But I doubt they'll find the body...she could plant seeds though, if any of Nik's blood is around just plant some on an incapacitated or dead Ryan, people know he's a murderer and it wouldn't be a stretch.

DeleteI think if the actress is interested in staying, they're going to keep Esme on the show for a good while (because she is really good at what she does) and that means a likely redemption arc (or the appearance of one). I definitely don't like the idea of her getting off scott-free (because she did a bunch of my faves dirty, like you said), but it is soap-land and I can see them giving her an out to keep her involved in the day-to-day happenings. She is a great actress, and I would love to see her continue to spar with Spencer and Ava, especially.
I thought I had read awhile back that the actress had just signed a two year contract but I don't know if that was true or if I'm even remembering it right. But if it is true, it means she should be around for a little while, although two years isn't very long in the soap world. By the time the two years are up, she might have just had her baby. Lol
