ReplyDeleteWatching TV14 why does it keep stopping and going with their script? Right in the middle of a scene and the scenes pause and keep filing in and will not fill in so GH does not go on to watch
ReplyDeleteThis episode was the worst. Reminded me of when Nathan died. Just hate it when my favorite characters leave the show, especially this way. So many directions that storyline and family could have gone, why end it this way...he deserved a happier ending. Sad face.
ReplyDeleteUgh. I won't actually be watching until tomorrow morning, but this news is all over the place. Is there any chance that it was a tease, or a cliff hanger? Any chance it's a staged death, in an attempt to flush the killer out of hiding? Or to protect him because he can identify the killer? Damn. If it's true, that will definitely send Sasha over the edge.
DeleteOne consolation for me with Nathan was that it was the actor's choice to leave the show and they decided to make his departure a tragic story line. I haven't seen a thing about the actor who plays Brando having something else in the works that would cause him to leave. So, hopefully, if they DID kill him off, it was because the actor was onto bigger and better things.
DeleteSo, I just dig a little digging and it appears that Johnny Wactor has other projects in the works - two short films, a film, and a made-for-tv movie. Supposedly. Too bad.

DeleteIt helps a little that the actor has big plans, but I honestly just wish GH had left him with a happier ending somehow--I enjoyed Brando as a character (he made everyone he was around on the show more likeable, from Gladys to Sonny to Sasha to TJ, just great and natural rapport and bringing out the best qualities in everyone). I thought him and Sasha were such a good-for-each-other couple, couldn't imagine them not going the distance. Nice guys finish last, I guess :( I don't see any way they could undo it at this point, and it looks like a foul play story in the works going forward. Thanks to Johnny for his great work on the show!

what brando was murdered in the hospital sonny did not have one of his men watching brando's room, brando was never alone sasha, his mother, sonny, portia were all in the room at different points, is the hook laced with some poison to ensure death
curtis wanted the divorce why is he asking jordan about the relationship working out he wanted an out and he took it now he is asking jordan about their marriage being saved or whatever choops

LOL, they have been making random friends on the show lately, guess they need sounding boards who don't know their histories ;) I was surprised Sonny didn't also put a bodyguard on Brando, but I think you're right and it wouldn't have mattered--a poison hook would make sense. Perhaps a response to / level up after the unsuccessful attempt on Ava. Still not sure Brando was the actual target, so hard to figure out the hook killer's game at this point.

Brandos acting here was seriously top notch. Dooood, did you guys see the way he went into that seizure there. Wow. I honestly have to say I think that was one of the best scenes I've ever seen with someone being ill and falling into such an intense scene. I actually windeeed if the bed itself was what was shaking he was that good at it. Hmm, now I wanna rewind it and pay attention to the bed haha
ReplyDeleteI'm really sad Brando is gone. He was the OnLy one Sonny had that genuinely cared for the well-being of the entire family. Always on the look out. Never ever taking one's word for it.

Just cant figure out if it is Esme why is she going after anyone no rhyme or reason tk it.
Unless it's just to reek havoc on all of port Charles.... I feel like it is a male tho. The arms and gloves look male like.
Because no one truly dies in Port Charles (hear that, Brando?), Esme is suspect #1. She goes after Ava cuz of daddy dearest and because Ava "killed" her and it's easy to go with the theory that Joss, and not Dex or Brando, was the intended target. Esme was just lying in wait for her and Brando got in the way.

Maybe Brando was just that weak. When Sasha kissed him, with how strong the opiates seem to be these days. It could of been just enough to cause Brando to go into an instant seizure.

Yeah, I don't know about Sasha's kiss killing him. It seems to me that if a kiss could kill him, then she would be dead, too. But, yeah, something is going on. Maybe we need to look at all the people who have been in and out of his room. I can't imagine Gladys or Sasha doing something that would kill him (unless Sasha is that crazy and we just don't know it yet). Sonny wouldn't. And other than medical personnel, has there been anyone else in his room? Could someone have snuck in?
