ReplyDeleteI actually felt a "little" sympathy for her.
Ava served revenge a little too cold once she saw that Nina saw through her manipulation. She rubbed salt in Nina's wound.
However she did state some facts and the uncomfortable truth that Nina fell in love with Mike not Sonny AND that she doesn't fit into his world. THIS harsh reality brought Nina's fantasy to a final end.
Even to the point that she chose to mail her ring back to Sonny rather than try anymore in-person interaction.
Well it was better than catching them in Bed which was the direction that I THOUGHT the writers were heading. They are being less predictable... which I like.
Sonny and Carla had an honest more respectful conversation which I liked. They still have some unresolved feelings there. BUT I still want Carly with Jagger/Agent Kate's.
I'm surprised that Carly isn't putting 2 and 2 together yet and considering that Sonny may not be taking his meds because he clearly isn't himself.
It looks like Ava wants to enjoy Sonny in the sack BEFORE revealing the truth about his meds much less before trying to fix the problem. Ava can be very selfish at times. Oh well... payback is a B_ _ _ _ !!!
Sam, Sam, Sam.... she needs counseling.
She had to grieve for Jason, then nearly lost Dante SO it appears now that she is emotionally paranoid and is trying to control what is uncontrollable. Sam doesn't even sound like her old self. She is operating from a place of fear and needs to book an appointment with Dr. Collins.
Of course Christina gets "inserted" in yet another scene / storyline that doesn't require her involvement much less presence. 🙄 Like WHY???
At least Danny was being honest and had a pretty good perspective on his mother's secret sentiment about her sons
With all these teen boys I want a summer storyline involving Charlotte.

I'm excited for this new crop of teenagers to get real storylines! Danny, Aiden, and Jake are KILLING it already in their roles, I would love to see some summer love and fun for them!

Deletesam is beyond boring and annoying now but she said something to jason that makes me understand sam concern for danny, jason has a happen of coming and going out of his family life sam has been the only consistent parent in that kids life, sam is the one who there when jason dies and resurrect to help danny grieve and understand jason, she is mother seeing her son about to hurt maybe not intentionally by jason she just want to protect that can fault her for that
and what the hell was that with drew talking up nina, drew has seen first hand how nina has treated willow what is wrong with drew
on ava side in this war between nina and ava but will point out ava has a type when it comes to men, she loves men that are emotionally unavailable and men that are married or involved with other people, silas was married nina cheated, sonny was with olivia cheated, kiki was with griffin wanted him, showed more interest in nicholas when she thought he was cheating with elizabeth and was using scotty to blackmail them, kevin who was to laura did not care turns out it was ryan etc

Couldn't agree more... You left out the worst one for Ava though, Morgan! Should have left that Kiki-loving manic boy alone. She is a woman who has no idea what love should look like. It's kind of tragic. The closest she's come to a truly loving relationship is Trina (remember, she did TERRIBLE things to her own brother Julian too), who I'd argue is totally a proxy for the relationship Ava wishes she'd had with Kiki. Her psyche sees Trina as her daughter do-over, and I hope the show does something crazy with that at some point. The jury is still out for me on Avery, lol, we don't see that kiddo on-screen enough to know.

DeleteI hate Nina but love Ava, even though she is terrible too, and that scene was gold. Those two will make way more sense as enemies, the rancor there runs deep. Two vipers, lol...I look forward to more plotting and confrontations between those two!
