ReplyDeleteCarly / Laura Wright turning on the acting skills today, she was great! Something about losing a parent turns us all into kids again. :( Glad we saw normal sweet Drew there for her today.
Willow turned on the acting chops too, with Michael today, loved it. Love seeing her act with fire. And boy did he try to bite back, unjustifiably, don't know where their relationship goes from here. But Michael deserves it, because Willow is about to point out the real reason he did this, it was all malice and revenge, that's exactly how what he did makes him look.
Love Tracy's new hair look. And yeah, Luke might have been able to pull off that Vegas stunt on Tracy, but Scott is no Luke. And now Tracy is going to absolutely eat him and Lucy alive.
And yes, we must have a new Nikolas, this guy can't hold a candle to Ava or any real Cassadine. But that lipstick on Ava today was just not doing her any favors, matching the top was just a trainwreck, and didn't go with her other makeup. And Maura West is absolutely gorgeous, it's hard to make her look bad. That jacket with the hairy sleeves was also pretty terrible, lol...not her finest sartorial moment. I still love you Ava--don't do any scheming with Nikolas, please! Turn him in, lol...
Can't wait to see what Carly does to Nina (Drew too!), because her timing with this couldn't be more terrible. Obviously Stockholm Sonny can't bring himself to do anything. Can't wait for tomorrow's episode period actually, looks great!
michael did not keep nina secret out of malice he was angry that woman wanted to send his mother and sent his uncle to prison, if that was true he would have ruin their so called perfect wedding day when he found out, he would have crushed his father happiness when he went to tell him at his office, michael truly thought that sonny happiness was paramount and important enough that he should keep nina little lie, and as for willow he was thinking about not hurting her, he saw nina yuck and willow starting to work on some kind of relationship yeah he had no right to police willow life like that but if that the reason willow and michael are done then nina will truly be victorious once again in this situation when willow allows their children free access to nina

I've always liked Michael, but everything he did regarding this situation was wrong, and I hated it from the start. He needed to tell Willow (his wife) as soon as he found out--that was the right thing to do. Let her make the decision for herself. Honestly, Sonny (and his "happiness") shouldn't have factored in his decision at all, but I've lost respect for Sonny over the last few years, his problems are all of his own making and I'm still not convinced he doesn't have Stockholm syndrome, lol.
DeleteI stand by what I said, agree to disagree, what Michael did with this (trying to control Nina's access) makes it look like it came from a place of malice, which is exactly what Willow is about to tell him. Trying to drive a wedge in a different way, between Willow and Nina, when the truth would have done that for him. I have always liked Michael, but this last couple months he was particularly foolish. This was not what was best for his family, and he's a good enough guy that I think Willow's about to hammer that home to him. We'll see if it ends their relationship... And if Willow forgives Nina again I'm just going to give up on her too, lol.
Michael literally hired Dex to help him send Sonny to jail. He blackmailed Nina into staying away from her newly found daughter and grand children. He was butt hurt his daddy hurt his mommy, threw a temper tantrum, and the evil witch who stole (not really. Sonny made his own choices) daddy away had to pay.

Delete@General Fanatic, I agree with you there, I don't think Michael enjoyed any part of these dealings with Nina, least of all handing over a voting proxy to Ned to preserve the lie, none of this was fun for him. But when I think about what he did from Willow's perspective, that's when he looks really bad. Like he found a new way to torture Nina, instead of just telling Willow the truth. That's the only real difference to me. To Willow, what he did looks especially vindictive, and manipulative of his wife. Michael has to stop trying to control situations and people all the time, it's only making him miserable, and like you, I believe it's against his nature.
