DeleteHonestly, I would love Ava back with Nikolas if they got a much better actor. She could totally be Cassadine royalty, mistress of Wyndemere. But Maura West needs someone in that role who can match her acting chops, this guy doesn't cut it. They could be wonderfully evil together. If this Nikolas could step up and not just be a big whiner who messes up every scheme...sigh.
Delete@lovegoodtv: that doesn't change the fact that those two are highly entertaining. The main reason why I watch soaps is to be entertained by all the messy drama.

ReplyDeleteFor some reason he just can't ever hold her accountable for what she does. :( And it was wrong for Sonny to pressure Dex like that, the kid has already done a lot for him and clearly just doesn't want to cross this line. Sonny has plenty of other thugs running around to do his dirty work, come on...
DeleteI agree. They should have taken this opportunity for the writers to take Sonny into a more advanced mob role kinda scenario with this whole Cyrus and nina turning in Carly and drew.

Or at the very least made it no big deal that the cops were after him for the Cyrus beating and show his confidence in Diane. Pushing Dex to murder for such. Small situation like Sonny beating him into a hospital bed.
Like do what, you’ve dealt with way harder charges over way worse things and dealt with them in a way less intense manner.

ReplyDeleteYeah, throwing Joss in the mix to manipulate Dex was pretty low. Of course Dex could refuse, even if that means leaving Joss and Port Charles behind. He had to know that at some point he was going to end up in this situation and should have walked away when he had the chance.
DeleteBecause mob bosses never do the killing themselves lol, otherwise they'd all be in jail by now. They have people working for them specifically for this kind of thing. They lead behind the scenes and should never be directly involved. He definitely messed up by beating Cirus up.

Those scenes with Ava, the ending with Spencer, that kid turns on the drama so much better than Nikolas it just makes everything so lop-sided when it could be so good. When oh when will they recast with a genuine Cassadine man... Honestly, I think that WSB guy would make a MUCH better Nikolas, is he busy now, lol. He needs suave and charm with a touch of danger and severity, undertone of ruthlessness and privilege, I've seen it in Spencer, never this guy. Sigh. Look forward to seeing what Spencer does with Nikolas, and then what he does with Esme... And Ava girl, unless they recast this guy you just need to turn him in. Stop wasting your incredible acting on him, lol.

Sonny is awful for having that conversation with someone who clearly doesn't want to go that far. Does he really not have any other assassin in queue... He should ask for a loaner from Celina Wu, her guys love to beat the heck out of people all the time, lol. Though honestly, if Dex runs in there real quick to murder Cyrus and lets Nina take the fall for it, I'm cool with that, lol...

Ridiculous. And yes, it's time for Spencer to get ruthless and reclaim his brother, he has that evidence under lock and key, so if Esme squirms out of this, use it! Be all sweet to her face, then pull the rug out from under her-- BE the Cassadine, lol... Might create an issue with Trina (in my opinion, it shouldn't), but that's why it's a soap! And under NO condition should Spencer let Nikolas anywhere near Ace, would love to see those two go head-to-head over the sweet little kiddo! As long as Spencer comes out on top.
