But BAD idea Trina, man I didn't want this to happen. :( If you wait for Esme to "regain" her memories to charge her, it will never happen. esme of all the things ryan made this girl do her drugging trina, harassing trina, hating on trina, posting that tape of joss and cameron that was all esme no other person to blame but esme, what of all the ways i thought esme would get away with what she did never would i have thought that trina josslyn cameron and spencer would drop the charges pending on esme, this girl has once again successfully manipulated everyone into thinking she is some reformed person
so the plan get esme free now so if she get her memory back she will be prosecuted then, how does that make sense there is something called the statue of limitation that only works for murder and rape cases i think esme will never get her memory back now not that she ever lost her memory and if she does will never let on that she has
esme gets away with all she has done because of conveniently having amnesia and a baby and kind hearted people being too kind esme would have and was glad to have trina rot in prison but dam she get a pass from trina of all people but they have had trina making excuses for esme for a while especially since she showed up pregnant on the haunted star trina the esme victim is showing way too much empathy to her tormentor

DeleteHi @ gh Fanatic , don’t think they were any charges dropped , they want to talk DA to drop charges so she can get out and Ace not be in jail , what Trina is saying made sense , if she ever gets her memory bk , they don’t want her to get off with a sympathetic jury because she has no memory then get her memory bk and then she can’t be tried again so basically they don’t want her to be charged until she gets her memory bk and pays for what she did , that was my understanding of there idea 🤷🏻♀️ but yes she does need to pay for her crimes
Deleteget that michelle what im saying if the criteria for her not being prosecuted is her getting her memory back then she will never get her memory back and if she does why would she tell anyone if it means she goes to jail or trial
Deleteand i was asking crimes have a cut off point where the longer you wait to prosecute it becomes invalid, so the longer they wait to put esme on trial by the time that happen a lawyer can just argue that the time the crime happen and the time to prosecute has expired and esme would have once again successfully gotten away with everything
no lawyer but have seen that played out on many a legal shows
