I think Spencer is going to figure out that Dex is a spy trying to bring Sonny down Spencer isn't stupid and I think Gregory has something seriously wrong with him he should let Alexis help him

ReplyDeleteSpencer is acting out a villain origin story perfectly. He's exactly how I'd picture a young Cassadine, and it's great. Just the frustration, self-effacement, and ego all at the same time...
ReplyDeleteMan, Cam and Joss are still so cute together. All the feels from their scenes together. For whatever reason, the actress is so good with Carly and Cam, but I can't get on board the dynamics with Dex and Trina, really. Sigh. It was great to see all four of them together today. Will miss Cam.
And oh the looks between Finn and Elizabeth. Forgive each other already!!!

I'll have to agree to disagree on most of that. :) Hence the villain origin story--they are giving Spencer a path to villainy and the more time he spends around the likes of Esme, Viktor, and Ava the more likely he'll get there. Vs. influence of Trina and Laura. We'll see who wins out, but he is definitely capable of getting there, he's always been a little rapscallion and while he is no Esme (who was directly trained and guided by Ryan), I see a path for him that would make him truly terrible one day. It's his constant inner battle and inability to keep himself from acting out to get what he wants. I also don't see Esme "getting away with" too much at this point--she is in lightweight jail awaiting trial, despite just giving birth, and it's been made clear that conviction and Pentonville is a real possibility, despite her "memory loss". If it's personal forgiveness you mean, I see everyone but Ryan and Laura still being extremely suspicious of and cautious around her, understandably so. I'm curious how this interaction with Trina will go. I hope Trina will take her to task (Esme almost ruined her life), but Trina is so soft I don't see it happening. And no one makes eyes like Finn!!! He can make chemistry happen with anyone, lol!
DeleteI do agree that Spencer and Cameron's friendship is really great, as hard as Spencer can be on Cameron he really does love him and would do anything for him, it's clear. I'll miss the four of them together. :)

I hope good Spencer wins too!!! I've always loved that kid, missed him when the original actor left the show, took me a little while to warm up to this one but now I'm a fan for life, lol. If he does go all evil down the line I definitely don't want them to do what they did with Nikolas, that was all terrible. He wasn't even a formidable villain, just a fool. If they're going to make Spencer bad, make him Stavros or even Helena bad. ;) He plays the tortured role well too, so I'd be happy with another Stefan Cassadine too, ha!
DeleteWe'll see how far Esme can push her luck...she is dangerously crafty. Still not convinced she has memory loss, definitely not convinced she wasn't the original hook killer. That was all too juvenile for someone like Heather to start...don't know how anyone is ever going to prove any of that though, thanks to Heather's confession. :(

DeleteLOL, it is funny who they put there--like Ryan definitely should have been at Darkham, with his record he had no business at lightweight jail, ha. And definitely, no babies should be around a bunch of criminals period, especially not the likes of Heather and Ryan. Those two should have been the king and queen at Darkham, like Joker and Harley Quinn!!! :) Kudos to GH for a great knock-off name there, btw...

ReplyDeleteThis was a smart move on Esmes part as much as I love Laura she's completely blind to Spencer and Nikolas' flaws nevers call them on their bs and that's why they are so arrogant neither actually care about the baby Esme called it is he a person or a possession they want.
