It's completely hollow Spencer acts like a spoiled brat because it's what he is and what his family including Laura allow him to be. He didn't care that he hit a cop he wasn't even sorry and he actually used the phrase do you know who I am? Trina is on trial for having an extra phone but Spencer is just free to go I call 🐂💩
