DeleteI don't think the new cop is a bad guy. He is the same cop that was in the room when Spencer went to see Trina at the police station after she was arrested for what Esme did. I think he just wants to help Trina. He was listing in to see what planted evidence they have against Trina.

DeleteHe's not Shiloh's brother. He was Neil's brother, the psychiatrist that Alexis was seeing. That's why he's trying to blackmail Harmony with her medical records that he somehow obtained when Neil was killed. Guess GH never heard of HIPPA. He certainly shouldn't have had access to those records. Psych records are usually more closely protected than regular medical records.

DeleteSince they dumped the GH writers and brought in the ones from that other soap, I think a lot of basic character decisions have gotten less and less believable.
GH used to be a cut above all the other soaps. It showed in the better casting, the better acting and the better stories. The characters did not do a lot of things that were totally random and inconsistent with who they are just for the expediency of serving a poorly thought out storyline.

Maybe his plan is to do both -- take money from Harmony then take money from Nina. There is no reason to believe he would go away quietly even if Harmony paid him off.

Old Trina was such a terrible actress. I actually had a hard time watching her. Her character and the way she acted as her character was too much. Never believed it was actually happening to her. Not like joss makes you feel.
Trina's eyes were in her forehead in any scenes where she was supposed to act "emotionally heated" or "passionate" she would roll her eyes so far to her skull that you couldn't even see any colour part to her eyes.

Other than Brook Lynn and Chase, and Joss and Cam, there are no romantic couples on screen that I am into right now and really enjoy seeing.
ReplyDeleteChase is great at creating sparks with whoever he is paired with -- he and Willow had amazing chemistry.
Off screen, I also like Molly and TJ, but we don't see those two together all that often.
That's not to say I dislike ALL of the other pairings. Just feeling meh about them and don't care all that much.
Missing the fun of old with couples like Spixie (Maxie+Spinelli) and Scrubs (Robin+Patrick). Brook Lynn and Chase come closest.
Those were fun couples. As were whoever Brenda was with.
