Yes he was! when OLTL got canceled they moved a good Portion of actors from OLTL to GH.. Todd and Tea, Starr, McBain, Roxie and others. Heather Webber told Tea that Her and Todd's child died. Anna with twin Alex on AMC Married Demetri Merrik (Why D. Marrik) sent a letter to Peter in recent episode with Alex Paternity Confession. A shit load of cross overs.
Damn it Peter deleted the recording, there are no cameras in Franco's studio or surrounding area come on, the PCPD will be doing ballistic on the bullet in Franco and on Jason's gun right, i know how inept the pcpd is.

But is anything really gone for good once it's "in the cloud?" I watch a lot of crime shows (both true and fictional) and it seems that forensics pull up crap all the time that people think just because they deleted it that it is gone. But, of course, this IS Port Charles. Their cops aren't exactly the brightest bulbs in the pack.
Maybe it will be another one of those that the person isn't really dead. It has been faked. He will come back to life in the morgue. Heck the Cassadine family has good luck coming back from the dead
I wish they wouldn't spend time on people thinking Jason killed Franco drama. Everyone knows Jason is a professional. He wouldn't leave a mess. Franco would just disappear. They could check his gun to see if it was recently fired, if the bullets matched. Check his hands and clothing for residue. Of course Jason could make this easier by talking to Jordan off the record, alone. There seemed to be some respect there in the past. But it is a soap, so I guess they have to drag these things out.
Deleted videos have been replaced. But another blog with old episodes also has all the episodes of 2012-2021. There is a list of pages at the top below the image of the night city. Click on the page "episodes 2012-2022" and on the page that opens, click on the blue words "General Hospital (old episodes)" at the top. On the other blog on the right there is an archive and a search bar, just like on this blog.

DeleteI don't remember Todd Manning ever being a character on GH. As far as I can remember, Roger H. has always only played Franco on that show.
