I don't think it's Scotty. I thought at first it might be Spencer, but the way Nikolas reacted to the "blackmailer" makes me not think that anymore. Franco? Possibly, although I can't see Elizabeth going along with a blackmail scheme.
Ava doesn't have a problem... if someone wants money from her, the only way for someone to get it, would be for her to stay married. If a blackmailer exposes her, she has no way to give them money.
molly needs to tell TJ everything so they start their lives together right, if not her relationship will go the way all her mothers marriage has disastrous.
