Robert is right Holly is still alive and he would find her a lot quicker if he went on this adventure with his old buddy Luke. After all it was Luke that prevented the Cassadines from the freezing Port Charles all those years ago and Scorpio was right there with him.
I'll bet that is the role Kim Delaney will be playing. From what I read, her first appearance on screen will be around the end of the month, so the timeline certainly fits.
Nikolas is almost 43, and Ava is 46, so they aren't too far apart. It's still possible for her to get pregnant too. I wouldn't be surprised if she did.

just like Ava to chose a man over her child she did with kiki and she has shown she will do it with Avery. Sonny will be pissed that ava bedded nicholas with his daughter in the cabin, he did tell her to keep her crap away from avery that was the whole point of her going there with Avery to spend alone time with her kid ooooh that woman.
September 17 episode of GH was like old times Scorpio on an adventure, only thing missing was Scorpio's good buddy Luke Spencer, Scorpio even mentioned him a couple of times to his son Ethan. A good old GH adventure with Scorpio and Spencer (Spenca... (where's Spenca..) how Scorpio pronounces it)
The good old GH days of adventure (Pre-Sonny) days the adventures of Luke and Scorpio, how many were there now, lets see The Cassadines, the search for Laura in with David Gray, The Disk, The Astec Treasure. Let's not forget the classic Frank Smith caper but that one was before Scorpio joined the show.
