What the hell is happening at GH There is not one storyline that will keep me watching.These shows were taped before the pandemic how will GH recover Willows insane attachment to Wiley will not end well.
Must say his conversation with Laura was a surprise. Giving up his custody battle now that he realizes he is no good for Charlotte. She rationalized his attempt to kill Ava and he saw the damage in that. Whoa - what a surprise. I must say I was quite impressed with the sacrifice Valentin is now willing to make for the good of his daughter.
I hope when it's over and Chase and Sasha finally tell the truth, Willow and Michael tell them where to go. They had no right to do that. Michael and Willow made their choices. Chase and Sasha should've respected that instead of trying to force them into choosing differently. They are treating Michael and Willow like children. Willow and Michael deserve so much better than these too. I'm hoping they can find it in each other.
Yes, Valentin is trying to do the right thing but I can’t see Charlotte just accepting not seeing her father especially if he is in the same town. She will blame Lulu or even herself. Maybe the better answer would have been for him to work to be a better person worthy of her? Cutting her out of his life I fear will hurt her in the short term for sure and maybe in the long term as well.

He realizes his choices are why Charlotte thinks the way he does, which is good, but he should've owned up to his mistakes while he was talking to Charlotte. He should've told her it was his fault that he was no longer with Nina. He should've told her that losing Nina and Charlotte living with her mother were the consequences of his bad choices. Maybe then she would begin to understand that her own actions have consequences.
To think I actually felt sorry for Valentin for once...he actually is trying to do the right thing stepping away to allow Lulu to have custody but if Lulu goes through with this, Charlotte could end up hating Lulu
Charlotte this is called karma remember when spencer was acting out because Valentin took everything from him his home, his father, his inheritance. Charlotte now is doing the same and it has more to do with how much of a brat she is. Even seeing her father try to murder someone does not change her hero worship of this man, she just feels disappointed she let her father down. I don't get the lulu hate for simple trying to raise her daughter to be a up standing person, and before you people state lulu isn't it is a parent's prerogative to want their children to be better than them the good ones anyways. Valentin is the ultimate pretender.

My perspective on the Valentin/Lulu thing and who is the most vile? Valentin is a horrible person and has been portrayed wonderfully by the actor. It is a credit to his acting abilities that Valentin can be an absolutely horrible person, while still managing to become a somewhat sympathetic character. Lulu, too, is a horrible person. But for other reasons. She is supposed to be a sympathetic character but really is nothing more than a petty, shrill bitch. And that, too, is due to the actress' acting. Her TERRIBLE acting. I don't think for one minute that the writers and producers intended on her becoming such an awful caricature of the Lulu who no longer seems to exist. This actress has never been a suitable Lulu, in my opinion. They need to find one who can actually ACT. I think I notice her terrible acting the most in scenes between her and Genie Francis, who really does have some dimensions and acting ability.
Original Lulu had a lot of warmth and likability, even when she was behaving badly. She and Dante were such a great couple to watch, and her friendship with Maxie was very enjoyable.
This NuLulu has no warmth and the likability factor is near zero. Didn't feel like there was any connection with Dante. No longtime besties chemistry with Maxie either.
Ironically, supposedly Emme Rylan and Kirsten Storms are besties in real life. Too bad they don't really convey that on screen. I've tried to like NuLulu, but it's been incredibly hard for me, even after all this time. And not because of the character but because of the actress (who is probably a very nice and likable person in real life).
I'm sure she is nice and likable in real life. But she isn't suited to this particular role.

He wasn't the least surprised that the meeting was cancelled. In fact he was smiling, because it "went according to his plan"
Valentin's biggest weakness is his own daughter, so when she saw him for who he was and even worse, becoming a replica of him, he had NO choice but to step aside. That being said, LuLu's no better and shes annoying and I doubt anyone can "fix" Charlotte now.
