DeleteLaura, Joslyn, Cameron, Alexis even Ava have been around Spencer forever, but Trinia's life is over. Heather was epic as usual. I think Kevin is on her list.

Delete@biss bling: Their time together as a couple barely matters when they've had an attraction and then feelings for each other over the course of two years, which yes, includes the time when he was with Esme. As far as Trina knows, Spencer is dead and he's obviously her first love. Not sure any other reaction would make sense in retrospect. Either way, she'll eventually grow past her grief or he'll return before she can move on.
