ReplyDeleteYay for a Friday cliffhanger, shots fired at the pool!!! Can't wait to see what happens. And I don't know what it is, but Zeke and Jordan have me giggling like a school girl non-stop--Jordan, make that happen!!! And way to hook a girl up, Anna! That's A+ friendship right there. Still not feeling the classic Davis girl dynamic with the new actresses, miss the old ones, sigh. Loved the dinner with Tracy joining the Chase men--honestly, Brooklyn deserves what Tracy's doing to her, making all the same old mistakes! Still rooting for Brooklyn to come out of this though...love the actress. And TJ is killing it on the man-front, what a man, what a man, what a mighty good man!
ReplyDeleteI used to love the scenes with all of the Davis girls. It was like watching a hen party. But I agree about the new dynamics with the new actresses. Especially the new Molly.
DeleteT.J. is like the perfect man. I hope Molly doesn't mess up what she's got going with him.
He is such an adoring sweetheart, and would make an incredible dad. Top that with his crooner performance at the Nurse's Ball this year...what a total swoon!
DeleteI know when this actor first took over the role, I missed the original one. After all, we had kind of watched him (and Molly) grow up. But this actor has done a wonderful job making the role is own. Hopefully there are no plans in the future to replace him. I don't think I would be very happy about that.

Didn't warm up to NuTJ for a long time.
I agree that he's made the role his own now -- not the same as what I loved about The Other TJ, but interesting and likable nonetheless.
More likable than Molly at this point.
Nu Davis Girls are lacking chemistry -- and putting them in the group hangout situations and trying to have their dynamic echo the originals this early on is probably doing them a disservice. It's setting them up for failure.
It just feels fake, and part of the appeal of the Real Davis Girls was always how authentic their chemistry was.
Have them do some one on ones with each other and get into a groove.
You can feel the acting and the trying here -- which is exactly the opposite of how effortless it used to be.
so when chase finds out about tracy part in his reinstatement will that finally be the end of brooklyn and chase, and she is again lying about her role at deception to his face if brooklyn cannot be honest with chase just once why are they even together that they main problem she is always deceiving chase

still want to know how curtis will feel about drew being sent to prison because of nina spiteful vindictive snitching, he always gives that woman nina the benefit of doubt and makes excuses for her wonder how he will make nina the victim in all this
as for dante wonder too if he will still be all nina and sonny are great together after he finds out the reason his mother and brother are in distress over ned eddy whomever is becasue of nina letting ned take the blame for her action will he still be nina did what she did lets move on
violet calling tracy aunty is so much more appropriate respectful than nina being called aunty by donna and avery that shit is just over the top wrong
sonny said charlotte is staying with sam and dante while valentin is gone that is great finally they mention that charlotte has a relationship with her other father and brother rocco
so portia wants to dictate who people have relationship with first trina should not be with spencer, now she is telling zeke not see jordan who that woman again

I haven't seen the episode yet but why can't you get behind Anna being a double agent? It's been a part of her character since she first joined the show.

True...it's been almost 40(!) years since she's worn that guilt scar.

DeleteIt's kind of interesting the way GH viewers have this long shared history with each other.
We know the characters for 40 years, and still the writers subject us to things that are out of character.
(Maybe it's because they don't know the characters ... since all the GH writers got dropped for new ones from that other soap that got cancelled a while back. I always wondered why the writers from the soap that got cancelled were kept on and the writers from the soap that was strong enough to still exist got dumped. But since that happened, the characters have done a lot more out-of-character things.)
Looks like things are becoming more bizarre with Tracy's secret plans by the minute (and I'm loving it)!
