ReplyDeleteHoly crap, Nina is so delusional to think she could have been a positive influence in Nelle's life. Like she was in Charlotte's? Smothering and demanding special treatment for her step daughter. If anything, a child raised by Nina would grow up to be just like her. Just what the world needs - another Nina. Not.

ReplyDeleteNelle was so out of control only cuz she never ever felt loved or protected or accepted by any adult figure in her life. It's why she always tried to grasp onto any "family like" guy, or take some wife's husband, cause they're capable of long term relationships. If she was accepted by either someone's husband or some guy and locked him down then maybe her life would be ok. But nothing ever accepted her. Poor lost soul. I felt so bad for Nelle. As crazy as she was ya still gotta have some level of sympathy to her reasons for acting out. Such cries for help love and acceptance.
Ugh breaks my heart how many children grow up like that ... so sad. To never know if your wanted or accepted... no one should EVR have to wonder that question.
And nina, could have given that to her !

Kelly Monaco looked really, really pretty in the episode. I'm glad she was there for Willow.
