Willow definitely belongs with Chase. Chase is a police officer who enforces the law. Chase has never bribed a politician and he has never been convicted of a felony like Michael.

@Joe. Nina is NOT being a kind rich person. It's her conniving with Peter to help keep Sonny to herself resulted in the bar burning. She's not even remorseful seeing Joselyn grieve, Michael AND the grandson that she loves so much she allowed her selfish needs to prevail. There's NO blame for Carly here.
He was stopping a murderer so he could protect his mother from being killed. The murderer died accidentally while he was trying to save his mother's life. Poor michael was a young boy & victim at the time.
Willow and Michael and Josslyn and the DA need to find out that Carly kidnapped a senior citizen from a Health Care facility and that Carly ran a gangster organization that imports illegal products with the coffee. They need to find put that Carly has perjured herself multiple times for gangsters in that organization. They need to find out that Carly failed to report that a young woman, Nelle, evidently fell to her death so the body could be recovered or rescued. They need to know that Carly kept Nelle's identity a secret.
I don't agree with you Joe Nina getting everything that's coming to her she had Donna and Avery's father for 9 months those are two babies that really need their father the most rest of the grown-tale didnt and what Micheal did he went to prison for his crime and got RAPE! while he was remember Micheal is a quartermaine his father is deceitful AJ and far as carley running the organize crime she will never be charge and Nina has Scott as a lawyer I'm like to see how this goes since Jason is helping to get Obrick back

The Police officer didn't say Identity Theft he said Fraud. There is a difference. Identity Theft is when you steal another person's identity and claim to be them to commit crimes, etc; I don't understand the legalities of it all but my best guess is they are charging her with Fraud because she failed to inform Sonny of his real identity for her own selfish benefits. A lot of damage was done to others by her fraudulent actions.
The definition of Fraud: Fraud is a deliberate act (or failure to act) with the intention of obtaining an unauthorized benefit, either for oneself or for the institution, by using deception or false suggestions or suppression of truth or other unethical means, which are believed and relied upon by others.
That definition sounds like Nina and her deceptions regarding Sonny. Everything she did regarding him was fraudulent she 'failed to act' in telling him who he really was in order to gain 'an unauthorized benefit,' revenge against Carly. In so doing it had a snowball affect on his immediate family, business, loved ones, etc. If you remove the word Identity from the charge the word and charge you have left is Fraud, it makes it easier to understand.
I may be mistaken but I don't think Michael knows about Nina's part in aiding and abetting Peter or that charge probably would have been included; perhaps when he is made aware that charge too will probably be added.
My main concern is this is just another tease from GH for those who want to see Nina held accountable and they will have Nina or Ava blackmail Sonny to get Michael to drop the charges or do the same to Michael...

I know Genie Francis wanted to take some time off from the show, but I just wonder why they had to drag Michael E. Knight off with her. Unless, he, too, wanted some time off. It seems like they could have come up with a story line to explain her absence that didn't have to include anyone else.
