It was Drew. Even though he had a Bullet Proof vest on the impact probably knocked him out and into the water. He was a SEAL so is trained for things like this. He probably swam to a predetermined location to meet Peter. Another possibility is he jumped/fell into the water to make it look real and wasn't knocked out long enough to drown.
It may just me but I don't particularly care for 'Mind Control' stories.
I don't care for mind control stories or the mob stories...also does sam realize that valentin is her cousin and Victor is her uncle and that she is also a Cassidine...sometimes it seems like the writers forget this fact.
no sam you cannot jump into bed with valentin or the sexy victor...they are your cousin and uncle...even though you have been with almost every man on the show...can't have nick...vic...or val.
Looks like Drew is being brainwashed by Peter again I hope Jason and Britt find him in time before this gets out of control and I really hope Valentine doesn't die

peter is going to do to lisel what lisel did to peter, once upon time she held the man captive in a cabin and tortured him oh no lisel, still think lisel is necessary because of that antidote peter has and think it might help britt with her disease

I like nina better than this girl who plays carly...and besides...sonny...michael...carly and jason all have blood on their hands and a shady past...I wish people who should not be throwing stones would just stop throwing them. no one on this show is innocent.
much respect gina, thats ok if you like nina and hate carly that your preference, well aware every single character on this show is flawed and criminals every single one has done something illegal and gotten away with it don't have blinders on when watching this show, anna even said rules are meant to be broken meaning people on this show in the town of port charles take liberties with the law and peoples lives when it suit them and what they want, sometime i think the show should be called general hypocrites
my problem with the story when carly does something people wants her to be held to account i just want the same to happen regarding nina why does she get to get away with what she has done and the woman clearly has no remorse for her actions so hope they keep throwing them stones till one hits her right between the eye and this woman wakes from her fantasy world
I’m rooting for sonny & Nina because we done seen enough of sonny & Carly they getting boring we need something different..and you right nobody on the show can throw stones because nobody on the show is perfect,they All have done terrible things.
Wow! Did we seriously make it through one whole show without Carly and Sonny? I don't think they were on yesterday either. How refreshing it was for me to realize that. Unfortunately they show up in the previews for the next episode. I wish we could go just one entire week without them. And Jason. And Nina.
