Have you tried refreshing the page? When I get the "content rejected" screen, I've been able to fix it just by refreshing.
The video was deleted, but I replaced it with a new one.
content rejected again
It came up "content rejected" for me, too, but I refreshed the page and it was fine. Not sure if that's something that will work for everyone, but it's been working for me.
