So, I'm trying to figure out Michael's and Brooklyn's relationship. Would they be third cousins? Or something else? A.J. was Ned's uncle. Michael is A.J.'s son. Tracy was A.J.'s aunt. Tracy would be Michael's great aunt, I think. I'm confused. What are Michael and Brooklyn? Definitely not FIRST cousins.
I'm thinking third? Maybe even fourth? I'm trying to remember - when I was growing up, my mother's first cousin's kids were my third cousins, but when I try to apply this to the Quartermaines, I get so confused. lol
I don't think so. It would make Ned and Michael second cousins. And Brooklynn and A.J. would be second cousins. I think Michael and Brooklynn must be third cousins.
Not when you're doing genealogy. Ned and Michael would be first cousins once removed, as would Brooklyn and A.J. Michael and Brooklyn are from the same generation, so they are second cousins.
