I wonder if it is possible that Julian will grow a set and come clean about everything - including the fact that he is being blackmailed by Nelle. Or, better yet, get himself added to the already very long list of people who want to see her dead. I guess it will be awhile before those questions get answered - if ever. Hopefully the show comes back soon - if at all.
Yup. There could be a lot of shows affected. Pretty much every t.v. show on the air really. All the network sitcoms, dramas, etc. I read somewhere that Days of our Lives is still in pretty good shape because they tape so much further in advance than the other soaps do, but if this goes on long enough, they may end up being in the same boat as the others.
Like the NBC shows Chicago Med. PD and Fire. I know someone who works on those shows and they brought in someone from California to work in the Chicago studios and learn the business and she brought the virus with her which shut down new filming on those shows. They are hoping to get back to it in July at the earliest if things open up again here in Chicago
No they do those shows and some others at the studios on the west side. As well as on location some times. For instance the fire house they use is an active fire house and they always put signs up the whole neighborhood letting people there know when filming will be so they know no to park around there and to come if they want to be an extra or something in a scene. The daughter of a friend of mine works at the studios and she has been an extra and was going to be more involved in some scenes coming up before they shut down.
And the Police station for PD is one block from the Firehouse and was also used in "Hill Street Blues" and they use scenes for Med in the Medical District also near those places. And of course Mollys bar on the shows in real life is Lotties in the Bucktown area. Been there a few times as well, but they don't use the real bar so much anymore as they built a replica of it at the studios

at least they will stop doing those cheap trashy sex scenes because of covid 19
