ReplyDeleteAnthony Geary who played Luke Spencer on General Hospital died on Sunday. General Hospital is losing some of the most memorable actors over the years who played characters such as....Leslie, Rick, Monica, original Amy, Bobbie, Steve, Ruby, Alan, Sean, Gail, Lee, Robert and the list goes on. Amazing that the actors who played Helena and Audrey are still alive and they are both nearly 100 years old...those two may have made a deal with the devil in order to live so long....normal life expectancy for humans is 78 years. Very few people make it to 90 and over.

DeleteSince they already killed his character off, there will be no need for a show addressing his real life death like there was for Leslie Charleson. I'm sure there will be some "in memoriam" at the end of an episode. I guess now I can stop expecting him to come back from the dead like everybody else.

DeleteI hope Valentin is actually up there renovating Carly's attic, lol. It's the least he could do after accidentally poisoning her. They are quite funny together. I so miss the old Brennan. This one can go down.
ReplyDeleteWill this be the DA who can resist Sonny's dimples and actually reel him in? These felony charges against Rocco do need to be dropped. Witness or no, the prosecution knows Dalton trashed his own lab. Go on and give the kid his misdemeanor slap on the wrist and be done with it. Glad Nathan is talking some sense into Commissioner Grump. Nathan is everywhere on the show right now, can't wait to see if he is part of some nefarious plot, he's the new Sidwell, weaved into everyone's business!
And I was so looking forward to seeing what inconvenient affliction they give Elizabeth next, lol...guess I'll have to wait.
Sidwell's absolute disdain for Laura and Kevin's "sort" of marriage, hahahahaha... Something does seem different about Kevin. But I have too much history with the show, I'm always half-expecting Ryan to pop out of him. If Sidwell is actually threatening Ryan, he better watch out for once!
It was nice to have an episode without the Drewfus, but looks like he'll be back tomorrow. The goofy way Willow is acting, wouldn't surprise me if she and Drew scheduled a vow renewal...
Tracy putting Ned to bed, just like he's a little kid again, lol! Loved it. Jane Elliot looks fabulous, I hope she's on the show forever too. It was hard reading the news about Anthony Geary today, this is yet another year filled with so much loss. I remember the adventures in GH's heyday with him and Robert Scorpio, now they are both gone. Thank you both for the memories and the complex characters who brought so much excitement to the screen. :'( I so wish we had been able to see Luke on the show, miraculously, one last time. Luke Spencer really is gone now. Rest in peace, good sir.
I think Kevin might be killed off the show since Jon Lindstrom is on BTG now, because of the character

DeleteAs I was saying ... because of the character that Jon is playing on BTG I think he may have forgotten how to play Kevin, I don't believe he's Ryan. Sidwell just threatened him so this may be the end of Kevin and Jon can continue full time on BTG.
Perhaps! I hope the show doesn't kill him off, I'm not sure Laura could take that right now. Unless they're trying to make her insane again. I always enjoyed Kevin. The double play with Ryan always kept me on my toes. I do hope they are not bringing someone else back from the dead though, it's tired.

ReplyDeleteYeah, I remember when little Spencer was trying to woo her with Faberge eggs, lol... They changed Emma's character too much with this recast. I don't think the actress is bad, but they are writing Emma wrong. I said it before, and I'll say it again, that ain't Emma. That's not how Robin and Patrick raised her. I get it, teenagers go through phases, but she is an entirely different person.
