ReplyDeleteGeorgie's halloween costume is freaking awesome
ReplyDeleteI get why Dante is blaming himself but he did not guilt Sam into doing the surgery and he did not talk Sam into doing the surgery. Sam was a strong and independent woman. Sam made the decision to do the surgery because she loved Dante and Rocco but she made the decision. In fact, when the final tests were being done to see if Sam could do the surgery, she insisted that Dante be kept out of it.
ReplyDeleteJason got a long montage of his time with Sam yesterday. We kept getting old Holly and Robert flashbacks today. But when’s Sam’s fiancé and significant other of the past three years is saying goodbye, we get nothing.
I still maintain that Drew should have been involved in telling his daughter that her mother was dead. Jason should have called him on his way to Bobbie’s. Carly should have called instead of going to the Q’s. Drew should have rushed to Bobbie’s the second he found out.
Yeah, that was not well done with Scout, poor kid. Jason had no idea how to do this. He is not the most empathic person.
DeleteI don't know if this was intentional but when I was watching the last scene with Drew, Scout, Jason and Danny and Drew told Scout that he would always be there for her, Jason seemed to have this look on his face of "oh that is what I am supposed to do" and then he said the same thing to Danny. I have no idea why Steve Burton was making that face before he said that line but that is just the way that facial expression followed by that line looked to me.
DeleteOh no...it's Dante's turn and I'm all in the feels again today. Poor Rocco along for the ride...what a sweet boy. Great acting from him today, honest delivery of difficult lines. And then comes Laura with the guilt trip too, ugh, GH is breaking my heart this week...
ReplyDeleteGlad Carly told Drew, but they needed to make sure Drew was there for Scout before saying anything about Sam. That should not have been Jason there on his own. He was already struggling himself to process.
Alexis was so relatable with her other two daughters today. What a difference between Kristina and Molly taking the news.
Holly is so unbelievably selfish. The daughter will ruin your "perfect" and happy relationship, give me a break... Could do without her and Robert's scenes this week.
Lol, little highlight of the episode as little "reliable source" James is trying to stay mad but helplessly laughing at Spinelli's ridiculousness, love this real family, hahaha... Much needed levity from them today.
It's sad that Dante is blaming himself for Sams death and I feel so sad for the children
ReplyDeleteI absolutely do NOT understand why this show chose to undercut these moments from the kids and especially Dante with stupid Holly/Robert scenes and a Halloween costume thing that could've been done in another episode. Yesterday Jason and Alexis got longer time with Sam, but her fiancée had a minute or so? Ridiculous. It also takes you out completely going from something serious to something very silly... it's tacky.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, the performances have been extraordinary these couple days. I was happily surprised by Rocco's actor from the kids, what a young talent.
It's past time the writers of GH told us why the heck they fired Sam. We deserve to know. This is lousy!
