I believe she will be back. Someone (I'm not sure if they ever even said who) supposedly identified a woman's body that had been in the river for several weeks andnI don't remember there being any talk of DNA.
There is also the chance that she will come back as a "ghost." Either to haunt Carly or to haunt Nina. But I don't think we're done with Nelle.
